Brownie Recipe (adapted from Hershey’s)
For the Brownies:
2 sticks butter
2 t. vanilla
3/4 c. Hershey’s cocoa
1/2 t. baking powder
2 c. sugar
2 egg whites
1 c. flour
1/4 t. salt
For the coating:
1/2 lb. milk chocolate melts
1/2 lb. white chocolate melts
30 lollipop sticks
Colored chocolate melts for decorating
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
2. In a large bowl combine butter, sugars, and vanilla. Beat well. Add the eggs and egg whites one at a time stirring well after each egg.
3. Add in the cocoa and mix well. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
4. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
