One of the things I love about summer is the fresh fruit.  It’s sweet, it’s juicy, and the price is much lower in the summer then the rest of the year.  When it’s hot outside and I don’t feel like cooking we’ll often have a fruit salad or make fruit with dip.  This Orange Creamsicle Dip is one of my favorites and it’s super easy to make.  It’s also great to take to a picnic or serve as an appetizer or side dish at a BBQ.

There are only 3 ingredients in the dip and it’s so light and fluffy.  I love serving it with berries, pineapple, melon, and sometimes even bananas.  It can be served with just about any fruit, though I usually stay away from citrus fruits because of the strong orange flavor.

Orange Creamsicle Fruit Dip (recipe from Madigan Made)
1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip
1 package of vanilla instant pudding
6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate.

1.  Mix all three ingredients together and stir until well combined.

2.  Refrigerate until ready to use and serve with cut up fruits.
