Christmas in July: 50+ Crafts, Cookies, and Gifts

If you are like me then whenever July rolls around you start thinking about Christmas.   I have extra time in the summer since I’m a teacher so it’s the perfect time to start making homemade gifts for people.   I also like to start experimenting with cookies because there’s nothing more frustrating then it being December 10th, I have all the ingredients I need to start my Christmas cookies, and one by one the recipes fail.  It’s the worst!   So in July I gather a list of cookies I want to try and start baking them.  I keep a list of the ones that worked so I can make them again in December.

I also like to start making gifts.   Whether it’s a food gift like vanilla extract, strawberry marmalade, or canned tomato sauce, or a craft like homemade ornaments, tree toppers, and wreaths, these are things I can make now so I not so rushed at the holidays.   I want to help you get started early this year as well, so I had some of my blogger friends help me out and I gathered a large list of crafts, cookies, and gifts for Christmas in July!
